Requirements
Education & Background:
• Currently enrolled in college OR recent graduate (within 2 years)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related field preferred
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in using major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and tools
• Familiarity with content management systems
• Good communication and writing skills for reporting and feedback
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience:
• Previous experience with social media management (personal or professional)
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts preferred
• Experience with data collection and analysis a plus
• Customer service or content moderation experience beneficial

• Work closely with social media managers and content creators
